Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relocation Sales Officer role based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Relocation Sales Officer will engage with prospective clients to understand their relocation goals, present suitable immigration and visa solutions, and guide them through the service selection process.

Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting consultations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

The role involves collaborating closely with immigration consultants and case managers to ensure client expectations are aligned with program requirements and timelines.

The Relocation Sales Officer will also contribute to sales targets by building a strong client pipeline, participating in promotional activities, and providing high-quality customer service throughout the pre-enrollment stage.

Qualifications

and

Communication

  • , with the ability to explain complex processes in a clear and empathetic manner.
  • Proven experience in

Lead Generation

and

Sales Operations

  • , including managing pipelines, tracking follow-ups, and working toward defined sales targets.
  • Background in

Channel Sales

  • and partnership development, preferably with agents, affiliates, or referral partners in education, travel, or immigration sectors.
  • Previous sales or advisory experience in immigration, education consulting, travel, or related services is highly advantageous.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to manage client data, schedules, and reports.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills while maintaining an ethical, client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates, with flexibility to manage peak periods and varying client schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used by international clients are a plus.
