Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Relocation Consultant.
The Relocation Consultant will be responsible for coordinating pet relocation services, providing consultations to clients, offering guidance on relocation processes, managing customer communications, and ensuring all required documentation is complete.
The role also involves addressing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the relocation process.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, account management or similar area.
- High standard of computer skills and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft office and in-house systems.
- Strong skills in customer-focused Consulting and Communication to deliver exceptional service and build client relationships.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Affinity and experience with animals, particularly in a professional setting like pet care or transportation, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the pet relocation industry or a related field is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
