Relocation Consultant
About This Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, via phone, email and in person, putting them at ease while explaining the process, requirements and planning for their pet’s relocation and must have proven skills and experience in the following areas:
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, account management or similar area.
- High standard of computer skills and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft office and in-house systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stressful, time-sensitive situations, a problem-solver and multi-tasker.
- Hold a UAE Driving License.
Full UAE labour law conditions apply in respect to visa, sponsorship, medical and vacation leave.
All positions are available for immediate start however candidates will not be discounted due to notice period commitments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
