Reliability Manager

Role Description

Key responsibilities

• include:
• Managing reliability and asset performance programs across operational facilities
• Developing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies
• Monitoring equipment performance, downtime trends, and reliability-related KPIs
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for equipment failures
• Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, production, and operations teams on reliability improvement initiatives
• Supporting asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and operational optimization activities
• Managing reliability reports, maintenance data analysis, and technical documentation
• Driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Supporting risk assessments, safety compliance, and operational governance activities
• Coordinating with vendors, contractors, and technical service providers on reliability-related projects
• Assisting with automation, modernization, and equipment performance enhancement programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance management, asset management, or industrial operations roles
• Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), asset performance, and maintenance optimization methodologies
• Experience with CMMS systems, predictive maintenance tools, and reliability analysis techniques
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in maintenance reporting systems, operational dashboards, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and technical projects effectively
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, logistics, utilities, pharmaceutical, or industrial environments is an advantage
