Purpose Of The Job
- We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor.
- The focus of the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.
- Key job responsibilities
- Promote Safe working practices in all work carried out ensuring compliance with amazon safety standards and regulations.
- Daily shift report analysis:
• Review Stock Health (Stock Health)
- Ensure high levels of equipment availability/reliability to operations team
- Spare parts orders
- Track the Stockouts and dive deep
- Data analysis from Reports and Dashboards
- Perform spare parts regular survey to detect any gap and inform line manager with the needed spares
- Assign WOs to Shifts
- Analyze the Physical Inventory discrepancies and recurrences
- A day in the life
- Daily Monitor and respond to RME customers requests through trouble ticketing system and always show customer obsession behavior.
- Plan and observe the annual maintenance contracts vendor activities within the shift and prepare for upcoming shifts
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical
- Engineering, or 1+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management
