Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and prioritize work with shift and line managers.
• Complete preventative maintenance work orders and improve SAP PM information accuracy and quality.
• Complete planned maintenance in scheduled windows without delaying restarts.
• Support cross-functional continuous improvement through Mars Supply Excellence.
• Record breakdowns in SAP and communicate information effectively; apply TRM in daily duties.
• Complete assigned hazard escalation and area safety actions and check that work environments are safe.

What Mars is looking for

• A-Grade Electrical License.
• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience, including automation controls and PLC programming.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work across multiple areas.
• Strong safety commitment and analytical capability.
• Food manufacturing experience is an advantage.
