• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Personal Finance Officer to join our growing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, building strong client relationships, and achieving business growth through the promotion of Personal Finance solutions.
• *Key Responsibilities:*
• Source and acquire new Personal Finance customers through direct sales, referrals, and corporate channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through customer engagement and networking activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and portfolio growth objectives.
• Guide customers through financing solutions and application requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and seamless processing of finance applications.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the financing journey.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, KYC, and AML requirements.
• *Requirements:*
• 1–3 years of UAE banking experience in Personal Finance sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking products, KYC, AML, and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
