- Acquire new retail banking customers
- Promote personal loans, credit cards, and retail financial products
- Assist clients with loan applications and documentation
- Assess customer financial needs and eligibility
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and credit guidelines
- Provide customer support and follow-ups
