• Sales Target Achievement
- Proactively identify and acquire new retail customers (both salaried and self-employed) and meet agreed-upon sales targets for banking products, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans and Merchant Loans.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, offering personalized financial solutions and advice to meet their diverse needs.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with the bank's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Compliance & Risk
- Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, central bank regulations, and AML/KYC guidelines to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated with competitive offerings, market trends, and economic developments in Abu Dhabi to provide informed financial guidance to customers.
