Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officer – Personal Finance to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business, building strong customer relationships, and promoting personal finance products in line with company targets and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for personal finance products through direct sales, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide customers with suitable financial solutions based on their needs
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with bank and regulatory policies
- Coordinate with internal teams for the timely processing and disbursement of cases
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in personal finance/banking sales in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of UAE banking regulations and products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
