We are looking for a motivated and target-driven **Relationship Officer** to join our banking sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling **credit cards** and **personal loan products** to new and existing customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell banking products including **Credit Cards** and **Personal Loans**
- Identify potential customers through field sales, tele-calling, referrals, and networking
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, benefits, fees, and repayment terms clearly
- Assist customers with documentation and application submission
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Follow up on pending applications and customer inquiries
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum **1–2 years of sales experience** in banking, financial services, or direct sales
- Experience in **Credit Card / Personal Loan sales** is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Good knowledge of UAE banking products and market trends
