The Relationship Manager for Business Loans is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with business clients by offering loan and financing solutions.
The role involves assessing customer needs, evaluating creditworthiness, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and acquire new SME/business customers
- Promote business loan products and banking services
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field visits
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Credit & Loan Processing
- Collect and verify financial documents
- Analyze business financial statements and cash flow
- Coordinate with credit/risk departments for loan approvals
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance
Portfolio Management
- Monitor loan repayment behavior
- Minimize delinquency and default risks
- Maintain healthy loan portfolio quality
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and lending policies
- Identify new business opportunities in the market
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field

- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
