Role overview

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits, and other sourcing channels.
• Identify eligible customers and maintain quality submissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility to customers.
• Ensure complete and accurate customer documentation.
• Follow bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical sales practices.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow-up.

Candidate requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
