Role overview
Join the Banking Sales team in Dubai as a target-driven Relationship Officer.
Acquire customers and promote banking products, particularly credit cards and financial products.
Responsibilities
- Generate and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
- Promote and sell banking products and credit cards.
- Understand customer requirements and assess basic eligibility.
- Collect required documents, submit applications, and follow up throughout the application process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow company and banking compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- At least one year of sales experience is required; UAE or home-country experience is accepted.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good English, and a positive attitude are expected.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment is required.
- Banking or financial sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
