Acquire new-to-bank clients, grow deposit footing, build the franchise, and support customer experience and governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the current-account portfolio and related business activities.
- Acquire new-to-bank clients and grow deposit book balances.
- Build the franchise and deliver customer experience.
- Comply with applicable policies and procedures and address risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
- Coordinate with CMS, CMO, Trade and FX, and CDD stakeholders.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities, including multiple-function duties.
Qualifications and experience
- Preferably a graduate or MBA.
- Rich experience in SME banking related to CASA, trade, forex, and core banking products is preferred.
- Skills listed include relationship management, trade and forex, current accounts, and cash management solutions.
- English and Hindi are listed as languages.
