Relationship Manager – IFA Position title: Mumbai Locations: Sales & Distribution Department: IL-4 Grade: Regional Manager – IFA / Area Manager – IFA Organizational relationships Reports to:

• The position is responsible for ensuring effective and smooth relationship with distributors and IFA’s in the region for growth in business.
• Ensure effective and smooth relationship with distributors and IFA in the region for growth in business.
• Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market.
• Market & industry analysis.
• Generating & increasing sales.
• Developing IFA & distribution network.
• Selection & motivation of IFA/distributors.

• Should have an eye for detail.
• Should be having a pleasing & smart personality.
• Should have strong communication skills.
• Market knowledge / extensively networked. Role Specific Competencies: Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp
• MBA or Graduate with minimum 2-4 years of experience.
• AMFI (NISM) certification compulsory.
• Exposure to M.F industry will be added advantage.
• Ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
