Relationship Manager in Sales and Distribution, reporting to an Area Manager; the listed level is Assistant Manager.
The role manages regional sales through a bancassurance partner, working with branch managers, customer service, and other business teams.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve annual branch targets for blended premium and case volume across customer segments.
- Maintain branch relationships and resolve escalations within turnaround times.
- Support bank sales staff with joint sales calls, lead generation, referral records, and timely lead follow-up.
- Service branch customer queries and deliver regular product training and refreshers to bank sales staff.
- Activate the bank sales force and improve productivity through appropriate health insurance advice.
- Measure penetration across relationship managers, customer bases, and branches; update the MBHI lead management system.
- Run customer awareness programs, identify health insurance bundling opportunities, and build mindshare with branch leadership.
- Drive reward and recognition programs for bank staff.
- Manage three branches, focus on higher-segment penetration, and support propensity leads from head office.
Education, experience, and skills
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
- 2–3 years of experience is required.
- Life or General Insurance Bancassurance experience is preferred.
- Relationship management or investment and wealth advisory experience in banks is listed as relevant experience.
