Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key tasks include achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to manage client accounts.

The role also involves staying updated on market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and upholding ADIB’s standards for customer satisfaction and ethical banking practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in financial products and services, with expertise in providing tailored banking solutions
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and ability to deliver premium experiences
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the banking industry
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services, particularly in a client-facing role, is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
