Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Dubai.

The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement with Accuindex’s trading products and services.

Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing product guidance, and responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

The role involves identifying client needs, offering appropriate trading solutions, and proactively following up to support client activity and retention.

The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, gather client feedback, and contribute to sales campaigns, events, and market outreach initiatives to help grow the client base in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including account servicing, client onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Sales and business development abilities, with experience in prospecting, lead follow-up, and achieving revenue or growth targets.
  • Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets, with the ability to explain trading products and platforms clearly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Organizational and analytical skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client requests, track activity, and report on performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software to manage client data, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Previous experience in brokerage, financial services, or a related sector is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
