Relationship Manager (Hnw) Key Accountabilities

1.

Manage efficiently the portfolio of HNW customers designated, acquire new to bank customers, enroll, and upgrade existing customers along with cross selling all exclusive products to the customer to achieve her/his set target and meet annual approved plan.

2.

Follow up on the level of service provided & rate of complaints, and ensure that any customer complaint is solved, as well as striving for achieving the best-in-class service through professional customer handling.

3.

Track HNW customers’ outflows and inflows on daily basis and monitor any unexpected behaviors.

4.

Ensure that a consistent high level of customer service is maintained by effectively dealing with the bank’s customers’ queries and complaints.

5.

Maximize and optimize the customer’s profitability through cross selling and offering new products.

6.

Maintain product knowledge and information and ensure that clients are always updated.

7.

Work on retaining clients while properly tracking their balances.

8.

Maintain awareness and knowledge about peer competitors’ activities, pricing and tactics.

9.

Monitor sales activities on daily basis and share it with direct manager to take the necessary measures when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.
  • **RM:**
  • Minimum 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in a sales/financial position.
  • **Senior RM:**
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a sales/financial position.
  • Strong academic record or a track record of strong achievements

Skills

  • Excellent command of English & Arabic Languages
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & networking skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Can work under pressure and meet monthly targets
