Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Dubai at Swank Development. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for performing individually and closing sales deals, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve collaborating with the marketing and design teams to promote Swank Development's exclusive living spaces.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Real Estate Sales, mostly with luxury villa projects
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Should have minimum 4-5 years experience with a real estate developer (Villa projects) in UAE
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in property development or luxury real estate sales is a plus
