Role overview

Prospera is seeking a Relationship Manager to provide personalized financial support and help members achieve their financial goals.

Prospera is part of the Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union family of brands and provides financial products and services across British Columbia.

What you do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of member relationships through personalized, holistic advice.
  • Deliver advice across investments, lending, protection, and everyday banking.
  • Identify opportunities and manage a pipeline through ongoing outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to support complex financial needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative Advice Centre environment.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of financial-services experience, including at least 1 year in an advisory role.
  • Experience with mortgage lending and mutual funds.
  • A Mutual Funds licence is required.
  • Strong financial acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with technology.
  • A genuine passion for helping members succeed.

Compensation

  • Compensation includes base salary plus incentives; the stated salary range is $54,000 to $67,500.
  • The final offer depends on the candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
