Responsibilities
- Seeking new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to identify new business opportunities
- Meeting monthly origination amounts set by management
- Conducting monthly analysis on and reviews on the portfolio
- Building a network of business introducers in the local professional and business community
- Prepare Credit Application (CA), analyse financial statements, make it ready for approval and adhere to structures and processes in place
- Recognize early warning signals of unsatisfactory account conduct and pursue the collection of past due loans.
Requirements
- Track record of lending to businesses (SMEs) in the UAE
- Proven ability to source new clients by using the referral system from existing borrowing relationships
- Proven ability to nurture existing relationships and identify existing business opportunities
- Proven experience of leading the delivery of excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers
- Proven ability to build relationships based on mutual trust and encourage others to do the same
- A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
