Responsibilities

• Seeking new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to identify new business opportunities
• Meeting monthly origination amounts set by management
• Conducting monthly analysis on and reviews on the portfolio
• Building a network of business introducers in the local professional and business community
• Prepare Credit Application (CA), analyse financial statements, make it ready for approval and adhere to structures and processes in place
• Recognize early warning signals of unsatisfactory account conduct and pursue the collection of past due loans.

Requirements

• Track record of lending to businesses (SMEs) in the UAE
• Proven ability to source new clients by using the referral system from existing borrowing relationships
• Proven ability to nurture existing relationships and identify existing business opportunities
• Proven experience of leading the delivery of excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers
• Proven ability to build relationships based on mutual trust and encourage others to do the same
• A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others' compliance with relevant regulatory processes
