About the
RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Speciali
st/ Relationship Mana
ger to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crypto derivatives and options sales, with a robust book of clients ready to onboard.
This role involves global market coverage and targets trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clie
nts.
Key Responsibili
- ties:Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives ma
- rket.Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfac
- tion.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed tar
- gets.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the ma
- rket.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developm
- ents.Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance product offerings based on client n
- eeds.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strate
- gies.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management re
- view.
Qualifica
- tions:Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives/options
- sales.Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional cl
- ients.Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instru
- ments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in En
- glish.
