Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Manage patient and client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Address queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospital/Healthcare Marketing or related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship management and customer service abilities.
- UAE-based candidates will be preferred.
