Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
- Provide expert financial solutions to clients by assessing their needs
- Achieve and exceed individual and branch goals
- Perform outbound calling, business visits, and networking events
- Open and close accounts, facilitate consumer loan requests
- Refer customers to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and financial advisory
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED
- Two years customer facing and goal oriented experience
- Ability to obtain NMLS license after employment
- Ability to effectively motivate and present information
- Embrace a team centric approach

About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Share and recommend the bank's full scope of resources with customers
- Ensure individual goals are met through in person and outbound calling activities
- Perform all functions related to opening and closing accounts
- Facilitate consumer loan requests
- Uncover needs and refer customers to partner teams
- Maintain high level of client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately and professionally
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Two years customer facing and goal oriented experience
- Requires registration with NMLS and/or obtain NMLS license after employment
Skills
- Ability to effectively motivate and present information
- Embrace a team centric approach
- Coach and lead the branch team in absence of AFCM
Other Qualifications
- Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support
- Ability to provide support at other banking institutions within the market
