About This Role
Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented **Relationship Banker** specializing in **Personal Loans & Credit Cards** to join our banking sales team.
- The ideal candidate must have prior UAE banking experience in personal loan & credit card sales and a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, supported by strong incentive earnings.
- What we are looking for?
- Minimum 1 year of UAE banking experience in sales of Personal Loans and Credit Cards
- Demonstrated history of strong incentive earnings based on outstanding sales performance
- Solid knowledge of UAE retail banking products, underwriting criteria, and eligibility requirement
- Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and cross-sell multiple banking products.
- Thorough understanding of KYC, AML, and UAE banking compliance standards.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform effectively in a high-pressure sales environment
- **Bachelor’s degree is mandatory** (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred)
