The Relationship Associate manages investor relationships across individual and institutional segments in a fast-paced investment environment.
The role owns the investor lifecycle from initial contact through long-term retention.
Investor relations and operations
- Manage retail investor relationships from onboarding through reinvestment.
- Convert registered users into active investors through direct engagement.
- Explain returns, distributions, and risks clearly without overselling.
- Drive asset fill rates within target timelines.
- Build and manage a pipeline of family offices, wealth managers, and institutional clients.
- Lead high-value conversations, tailor engagement, and build long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company confidently with sophisticated investors.
- Build the investor relations function, including its playbook, tools, and processes.
- Track investor feedback and turn insights into action.
- Coordinate with acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leadership.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in investor relations, wealth management, real estate, or investor-facing sales.
- Working knowledge of investment returns and ability to explain them clearly.
- Strong commercial judgment and consultative selling skills.
- Comfort handling retail and institutional investors.
- High ownership mindset and comfort building processes and functions.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
Performance measures
Key measures include asset fill rate and time to target, conversion from registered to invested, reinvestment rate, institutional pipeline value, investor retention, and NPS.
