Lead investor relationships across individual (B2C) and institutional (B2B) segments throughout the investor lifecycle, from first conversation to long-term retention, in a fast-growth investment environment.
Individual investor relations
- Own retail investor relationships from onboarding through reinvestment.
- Convert registered users into active investors through direct, personal engagement.
- Communicate returns, distributions, and risks clearly without overselling.
- Drive asset fill rates within target timelines.
Institutional investor relations
- Build and manage a pipeline of family offices, wealth managers, and institutional clients.
- Lead high-value conversations, structure tailored engagement, and represent Ghanem to sophisticated investors.
- Convert institutional interest into long-term partnerships.
Function ownership and coordination
- Build the investor relations function from the ground up, including its playbook, tools, and processes.
- Track investor feedback and turn insights into action.
- Coordinate internally with acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leadership.
Performance indicators
Performance indicators include asset fill rate and time to target, conversion from registered to invested, reinvestment rate, institutional pipeline value, investor retention, and NPS.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in investor relations, wealth management, real estate, or investor-facing sales.
- Working knowledge of investment returns and ability to explain them clearly.
- Strong commercial judgment and consultative selling skills; comfort handling retail and institutional investors.
- High ownership mindset and comfort building rather than only executing.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
