We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking and proactive
Hr Advisor
to join our People Team on a
9-month maternity cover contract
, supporting managers across the UK and our global business.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of employee relations casework, coach managers, and help shape best-practice HR approaches across a global organisation.

Job Summary
You will play a central role in supporting managers globally and driving people excellence across the organisation, bringing a proactive, commercially aware HR approach.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance cases, while coaching and upskilling managers to handle people issues confidently, consistently and fairly.
As a key member of the People Team, they will operate with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert advice on employee relations matters across multiple regions including the Middle East, Africa, APAC, and other international locations.
Alongside this, you will contribute to delivering effective recruitment and talent strategies, supporting campaigns, advising on job design and selection processes, and playing an active role in talent and succession planning.
You will also take ownership of key HR projects aligned to the People Strategy, driving continuous improvement in processes and ways of working, and contributing to learning, development and employee engagement initiatives.
Building strong, credible relationships across the business will be essential, enabling you to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
Using data and insights, you will support informed decision-making and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Person Specification
- Degree level qualification with CIPD Level 5 (or country equivalent).
- Experience of international employment law across multiple regions (desirable).
- Confident in advising and influencing managers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail, initiative, and accountability.
