Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to support our compliance function in Dubai. This role is responsible for ensuring the organisation s adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on UAE regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in liaising with regulators, interpreting regulatory developments, and ensuring effective communication and implementation of new policies across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments from the UAE Central Bank and other relevant authorities
- Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, including managing communications and requests
- Support regulatory reporting and ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Assess the impact of new and evolving regulations on the business
- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements
- Communicate regulatory changes clearly to internal stakeholders and provide practical guidance
- Support the business in embedding regulatory requirements into day-to-day operations
- Assist with regulatory inspections, audits, and reviews
- Provide training and awareness on regulatory compliance obligations
