Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance the
• AML/CFT framework

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in
• AML/CFT, financial crime, or regulatory compliance
• , with at least
• 3 years in digital assets
• Proven experience as
• MLRO / Deputy MLRO / Head of Compliance within the UAE
• Strong familiarity with
• UAE regulators (VARA, ADGM, ESCA or equivalent)
• and licensing frameworks
• Experience across
• digital assets, broker-dealer environments
• , and preferably
• crypto-related payments
• Hands-on experience with
• blockchain analytics tools

(e.g. Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)

• Strong understanding of
• UAE AML laws, FATF guidelines (incl.
• VASP), and virtual asset regulations
• Fluent in
• Arabic and English
• (both written and spoken)
