Full-time, on-site Regulatory Affairs Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Oversees regulatory compliance for telecom and ICT services and works with internal teams, regulators, and industry bodies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor regulatory changes, interpret requirements, advise on their impact, and guide compliant processes and documentation.
- Prepare and manage regulatory submissions and maintain regulatory records.
- Support audits and inspections; develop and continuously improve quality systems.
- Train others on regulatory topics and support decisions about new services and market expansions.
- Collaborate with technical, legal, and quality teams, external regulators, and industry bodies.
Qualifications
- Strong regulatory affairs skills, including regulatory submissions and engagement with telecom and ICT regulatory bodies.
- Understanding of telecom and ICT regulatory compliance and requirements.
- Experience developing, implementing, and improving quality systems in a regulated environment.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, information technology, law, or a related field.
- Demonstrated telecom or ICT experience, preferably in regulatory, compliance, or quality-focused work.
- Analytical, documentation, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills; integrity and attention to detail.
- Advanced degrees or professional certifications in regulatory affairs or compliance are advantageous.
