Oversee regulatory compliance activities, interpret applicable requirements, and ensure organizational policies align with relevant standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage regulatory submissions and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support audits and inspections.
- Monitor regulatory changes, assess their impact on operations, and recommend updates to processes and quality systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices and continuous improvement in regulatory affairs.
Qualifications
- Strong regulatory compliance skills and understanding of requirements for IT, data protection, and related domains.
- Experience in regulatory affairs and regulatory submissions, including documentation, review, and communication with relevant authorities or governing bodies.
- Knowledge of quality systems and ability to support, maintain, and improve compliance-focused processes and controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex regulations into practical guidance.
- Effective written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in regulatory affairs, law, compliance, quality management, or a related field.
- Compliance or quality-management certifications are an advantage; prior experience in IT, technology, or digital services is highly beneficial.
