Registration Representative I- PRN/Float

Responsibilities

• Acts as the initial greeter for all patients/visitors entering the facility. Completes all registrations in a professional, accurate and customer–oriented timely manner. Obtains information from patient health insurance or managed care identification card Responsible for distributing to patients or their representative any required handouts. Maintains forms in all printers at all times, which may require lifting or carrying cases of forms. Must have knowledge of all software and hardware computerized equipment.May be required to work at another location as needed and team members are responsible for their own transportation.Assist in other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the department and organization. May be required to remain on campus immediately before, during, and after severe weather and/or disasters.
