Performs professional work at advanced level to deliver nursing interventions that result in positive patient outcomes.

Monitors patients for evaluations; nursing interventions by assisting with CQI & instructing other nurses in evaluating nursing interventions; organizes work to meet the hospital’s mission.

Provide directions to other licensed & unlicensed health care providers.

CQI monitoring for seclusion/restraints & medication administration.

Performs related duties as required.

Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position.

Applicants selected must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test.

All employees shall be subject to drug and alcohol testing for probable cause as set forth in bureau and agency polices.

Applicant selected must successfully complete a background check.

This position is eligible for an appointment incentive of $11,500.00 to the selected applicant who agrees to work for the facility for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.
