About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) and MOH (Ministry of Health) standards.
You will work as an integral member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing care across rotating shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and clinical progress
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and support staff
- Implement and maintain infection control and patient safety protocols
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care requirements
- Participate in clinical handovers, ward rounds, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support professional development initiatives and continuous quality improvement activities
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and UAE nursing regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years full-time course duration) from a nationally or internationally recognized nursing institution
- Valid, current Nursing License/Registration from country of origin
- English Language Proficiency: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (TOEFL, PTE, or Duolingo accepted)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or equivalent as per scope of practice
- Valid passport suitable for UAE visa sponsorship
- Professional references from previous employers or educators (2–3 required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-registration clinical experience in acute care, critical care, or specialty nursing
- Previous experience in Middle Eastern healthcare settings
- Advanced certifications (ICU, Emergency Care, Oncology, or specialty qualifications)
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
Requirements
No prior clinical experience required.
Fresh nursing graduates (newly registered) are encouraged to apply.
Note: All international nurses must successfully complete six (6) months of supervised clinical training in an accredited UAE health facility as part of the DHA/MOH licensure process.
This training period is fully paid and forms part of your employment.

Working In Uae Healthcare
