Are you a Registered Nurse seeking flexible, per diem work that is meaningful, well-compensated, and patient-focused? Affirmed Home Care, New Jersey’s premier concierge private home care agency, is currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in patients’ homes.
We are actively staffing specialized RN cases throughout Bergen County , including surrounding towns.
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, confident Registered Nurses with experience in ICU, Med-Surg, Emergency Department, or Home Care settings. Assignments include shift-based cases and RN visit opportunities , depending on availability and clinical experience.
Compensation
- $55/hour (shift cases)
- $125 per RN visit

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience (acute care or home care)
- Active New Jersey RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Physical exam within the last year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- MMR immunization within the last 10 years
- Proof of current flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
