Hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) – Join Affirmed Home Care
Westchester County
$55/hour + Incentives – $125.00/visits Flexible Shifts | Part-Time & Per Diem

What You Will Do
- Provide direct patient care in the home • Administer medications and monitor vital signs • Use medical equipment as needed • Observe and report changes in patient condition • Communicate with patients and families • Maintain accurate documentation
What We Are Looking For
Active RN license in New York
BLS certification
Physical and QuantiFERON within a year
MMR immunization.
Strong communication and clinical skills
Reliable and professional
Ability to work independently
Willing to travel within Westchester
Schedule and Location
- Westchester County (in-home care) • Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available • Part-time and per diem | 16–40 hours per week
