Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Nurses working these 12-hour shifts will have three days off per week.
Alternative Shifts
If the rota assigns 8-hour shifts per day, nurses will have two days off per week.
Scheduling Period
Nursing schedules are organised in 6-week blocks, with each nurse expected to complete 23 shifts within each 6-week period.
Benefits
