Registered Nurse Manager
Role Overview
Cardinal Correctional Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team working in a correctional institution setting as the Nurse Manager.
This position will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care under the supervision of physicians as well as leading our teams of LPN's and RN's in Missouri.
This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through effective communication and clinical skills.
Note, this role can be held by NP's and RN's.

- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of internal medicine practices.
- Strong ability to perform physical examinations and interpret vital signs accurately.
- Knowledgeable in infectious disease care protocols and best practices.

- Correctional Healthcare Experience is a PLUS but not mandatory.
