The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with government healthcare standards and protocols. You will play a key role in delivering effective patient assessment, care planning, and treatment in a structured and supportive environment.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure the provision of compassionate and comprehensive nursing services to patients. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to public health and gain valuable experience in a government healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:* Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop care plans based on clinical findings.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with government regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Adhere strictly to infection control policies and safety procedures relevant to government hospitals.

Requirements

Qualifications:* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.

• Familiarity with government healthcare policies, procedures, and standards.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Previous experience in government hospital settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care.
