SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join a Government Healthcare Facility. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the public healthcare system, ensuring adherence to government healthcare standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:* Assess patient conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans according to government healthcare guidelines.

Requirements
Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized by the relevant government healthcare authority.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Experience working in government or public healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of government healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a structured government healthcare environment.
