Required Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associate Degree in Nursing and 1 year of RN experience
  • -Internal new graduate applicants can meet minimum requirements with an Associate Degree in Nursing
  • -Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota -CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers -Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with a wide range of patients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

  • -BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire -One year of acute care RN experience is strongly preferred -ICU RN experience is strongly preferred
