Registered Nurse (Administrative Role)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Registered Nurse with strong administrative experience to support both clinical and front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic clinical support to physicians (vital signs, patient preparation, documentation)
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and patient flow
- Handle patient registration, check-in/check-out, and reception duties
- Coordinate billing, invoicing, and i documentation
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone/email
- Ensure clinic readiness, including supplies, equipment, and hygiene compliance
- Support administrative reporting and coordination with management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH Registered Nurse license
- Experience in outpatient clinics or healthcare centers
- Knowledge of billing and insurance processes
- Customer service and front-desk experience
- Experience in Phlebotomy and IV infusion
- Good communication skills
