Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Dubai.
The Registered Nurse will provide safe and evidence-based nursing care in a medical spa setting, including performing assessments, obtaining medical histories, monitoring vital signs, and supporting aesthetic and wellness procedures under established protocols and physician direction.
Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, ensuring proper equipment sterilization, administering injections or treatments as permitted by local regulations, and providing pre- and post-procedure education.
The nurse will document all care accurately in client records, follow infection control and safety standards, and assist with care coordination, follow-up appointments, and referrals.
The role also involves collaborating closely with physicians, aestheticians, and other team members to maintain high-quality service and an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with eligibility to practice in Dubai according to local regulatory requirements.
- Proven clinical nursing experience, preferably in dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, or outpatient/ambulatory care.
- Strong patient assessment skills, including history taking, vital sign monitoring, and recognition of changes in patient condition.
- Knowledge of infection control, sterilization practices, and safe handling of medical equipment and supplies.
- Ability to provide clear patient education, explain procedures, obtain informed consent, and respond to questions with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse clientele and a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up care.
- Comfort with using electronic health records or digital documentation systems and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated commitment to client confidentiality, ethical practice, and compliance with all relevant clinical and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, and weekends as required by the spa and clinic schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; additional training or certification in aesthetics, laser therapies, or cosmetic injectables is an advantage.
