Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a **Registered Nurse (RN)** located in Dubai.
The Registered Nurse will provide clinical support to doctors, assist in patient care, manage nursing procedures, and ensure safe, professional medical services.
The role involves **patient preparation, documentation, assisting in minor procedures, and maintaining high standards of infection control and nursing practices**.
Patient Care & Clinical Support
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatments and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as per medical orders.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure instructions to patients.
Nursing Procedures & Clinical Operations
- Perform nursing duties such as wound care, dressing, IV cannulation, ECG, and sample collection.
- Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure safety standards are met.
- Manage emergency situations and provide first aid when required.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Document procedures, nursing notes, and care provided in the system.
- Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, and insurance teams for smooth patient flow.
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and request replenishments when needed.
Insurance & Compliance
- Support the team in verifying approvals when needed.
- Ensure adherence to DHA regulations and clinic policies.
- Maintain DHA license/eligibility and attend mandatory trainings as required.
