- Job Responsibilities:
- 1.
- Assist in the direct care of patients as and when required.
- 2.
- Perform knowledge in all areas of care and procedures specific to concerned department assigned to.
- 3.
- Document on patient record as per current standards and policies.
- 4.
- Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity.
- 5.
- Identify and addresses psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs of patients and their families.
- 6.
- Functions as liaison between administration, patients, physicians and other healthcare providers.
- 7.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient’s information.
- 8.
- Interact professionally with patient/family and involves patient/family in the formation of the plan of care giving significance to patients verbal and nonverbal messages.
