Your role:
- Lead the day-to-day service, maintaining safe, personalised care and strong compliance.
- Support, develop and motivate the team.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and referral partners.
- Help grow the service while maintaining quality and managing resources effectively.
- Our care visits last a minimum of one hour, giving our Care Assistants time to provide personalised support and build meaningful relationships.

- Experience leading people within care with a commitment to delivering high-quality care at home.
- A good understanding of care standards and regulatory requirements.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or a relevant equivalent, or a willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to balance quality, team development and business growth.
