Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

$22.00–$28.00 per hour | Part-time, afternoon and after-school hours | In-home, serving Roxboro, NC and surrounding Person County communities

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — or an exam-ready candidate who has completed the 40-hour RBT training and has hands-on ABA experience — to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, under the supervision of a licensed BCBA.

This is a direct-care role with consistent afternoon cases. You'll be at a child's level running skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs — hands-on clinical work, not observation.

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children with autism in home and community settings

Implement skill-building and behavior reduction programs from treatment plans written by your supervising BCBA

Collect accurate session data and document client progress on time

Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Respond to challenging behavior using approved, evidence-based procedures

Travel to assigned client homes in the Roxboro area
